Returns Policy

At babycottons we strive to give you and your baby the perfect style. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, do not hesitate to send it back. 

To receive a refund, all returned item(s) must be:

• in a like-new condition
• have original barcode tag and original packaging
• be unwashed and unworn

All refunds are subject to final approval from babycottons and will be refunded to the original form of payment. No refunds will be issued before the return process is completed and until we receive the items.

Please note that return postage fees are on the customer.

Returns with a gift receipt will be issued in the form of a store credit for the price originally paid only if the return is completed within 30 days of the original purchase date.
