1. I HAVE A QUESTION ABOUT A PRODUCT

To help you choose exactly the right size, we have included a size guide. Just click the Size Guide link on the footer of the webpage to check which size you should get. And if you still have doubts, you can always contact us.

• How should I wash the new clothes I bought?

• I would like to know what my babycottons garment is made from.

2. I HAVE A QUESTION ABOUT AN ORDER

• How do I order online?
It couldn't be easier! To place an order on www.babycottons.co.uk :

1. Make your choice:

- Click on the item(s) of your choice

- Choose the right size

- Click "Add to basket"

After you have added the item to your basket, you can either:

- Continue shopping on the site by clicking "Continue shopping". Each time you select an item you have to follow the same procedure (choose your size and add to the basket).

- Finish placing your order by clicking the "Check out" button.

2. Confirm your order:

- Login:
First time? If you're a new customer on www.babycottons.co.uk, you can create your customer account after clicking "Confirm basket".

Already have an account? Login after clicking "Place order" with your secret login details: your e-mail address and your password.

- Click "Confirm basket"

- Choose your delivery method

- Choose your payment method

- Confirm your order by clicking "Confirm and proceed to payment"

That's it! Just a few days to wait until you can open your package!


• How can I change or remove an item from my order?
We're sorry but once your order has been confirmed, it can't be changed. This means that if you want to add something, you will have to place a new order, or if you wanted to delete something, you will need to return it and receive your refund within 30 days of placing the order.

• How can I change the delivery address entered?
If you have entered your address wrongly, please send us an email within the hour of placing the order to contact@babycottons.uk including your order number and full correct address. After an hour of the order being placed, we can’t guarantee the possibility of amending the error for you. This means that the parcel will be delivered to the address you originally submitted.

• How do I see my invoice?
You will receive your invoice via email within 24 hours of placing your order.

• I haven't received my order, what should I do?
If 5 working days passed and you still haven't received your parcel do not hesitate to contact our customer service who will be glad to help you. Please send an email to contact@babycottons.uk detailing your order number.

• My order has arrived damaged, what should I do?
So that we can resolve this as quickly as possible, you should notify our customer service team on contact@babycottons.uk.


3. I HAVE A QUESTION ABOUT DELIVERY
• When will I receive my order? What are your delivery times? (For UK mainland only)
Once your order has been confirmed and paid for, we will deliver your package within a maximum of 5 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) regardless of the delivery method chosen.

• What are the delivery charges? (For UK mainland only)
Good news, shipping is free to mainland UK when you spend a minimum of £100. 
If your order does not apply for free shipping, we charge a flat fee of £4.95 within mainland UK, regardless of the amount of items per order.

• Help! I'm missing an item, my order isn't right: what should I do? (For UK mainland only)
Are your items different from what you have ordered? Are you missing items shown on your invoice? Our customer service team is on hand to help on. Contact us at contact@babycottons.uk

• Do you deliver to international destinations?
Yes! babycottons.co.uk gladly accepts orders from around the globe. If your country of destination is not in the dropdown list of possible shipping addresses at checkout, please contact us at contact@babycottons.co.uk to inquire about shipping methods and costs available to your destination. Please click on our Delivery link to find out rates and delivery times.

• What payment methods can I use to shop on www.babycottons.co.uk?
Your orders placed on www.babycottons.co.uk can be paid via debit or credit cards.


5. I HAVE A QUESTION ABOUT RETURNS & EXCHANGES
• How do I return an item or an order for a refund?
- After reading our Returns Policy, click on Initiate a return.

- Package up your unworn, unwashed and non-personalized items in their original packaging.

- Once we replied to your Return completed form, write the return address we'll send you on an email on the parcel, add stamps and send it back to us. We recommend you send the parcel using a tracked option as we won't be able to refund you until we receive the parcel.


• How long do I have to return an item?
You can return any item you're not satisfied with within 30 days of receiving your order. You will be refunded within 30 days of sending your return package.

• Do I have to pay for returns?
Yes, you pay for return postage.

• How long does it take to be refunded?
Up to 30 days. You will receive your refund within 30 days of sending your return package. We will refund you by the same payment method as the one used for your purchase.

• I sent a babycotton's gift to someone, can they exchange it?
Up to 30 days after you placed the order, the recipient of the gift can return it to us and they will receive a gift card with the same amount of money as the original gift -except if the items are on sale. The gift card is valid for one year. 

• Will they have to pay for the return?
They will have to pay for return postage.

• What rights do I have with regard to my account and personal data held by babycottons?
In accordance with the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978 as amended by the Personal Data Protection Act of 20 June 2018 and the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016, you have the right to access, correct, object to, limit the processing of, delete and transfer the data you have provided to us. • How can I exercise my rights regarding my personal data?
If you wish to exercise your rights, you can send a request specifying your surname, first name, address and attaching a copy of both sides of your identity document to contact@babycottons.uk

• I no longer wish to receive offers from babycottons, how do I unsubscribe?
