At babycottons we strive to give you and your baby the perfect style. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, do not hesitate to send it back. We will gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. For more information, please refer to our Returns Policy before initiating a return.
To receive a refund all returned item(s) must be:
- in a like-new condition
- have original barcode tag and original packaging
- be unwashed and unworn
To initiate a return, simply fill out the form below and include within the Comment section your:
- Order number
- Reason for return:
A. Wrong product received
B. No longer needed or wanted
C. The product didn't match the description
D. The quality of the product is inadequate
E. The size doesn't fit the baby / kid.
