Good news! Shipping is free to mainland UK when you spend a minimum of £100.

If your order does not apply for free shipping, we charge a flat fee of £4.95 within mainland UK, regardless of the amount of items per order.

When will my order be delivered?
babycottons endeavours to deliver purchases within 3 to 5 business days of receiving your order. Each address you instruct us to deliver to, including gift-recipient addresses, is considered a separate order and is subject to applicable shipping charges. Orders are processed once credit card authorisation and verification have been obtained. Once your order is processed we will send you an email with the shipping confirmation and order number.

Do you ship to international destinations?
Yes, we deliver worldwide!

Delivery to Europe usually takes 3-10 business days and to the rest of the world 6-10 business days.

Rates for International Tracked & Signed delivery:
Europe: £20
Rest of the world: £30

Important notice: Any applicable customs charges are to be paid by the customer and will not be paid by babycottons UK.

Please be sure to provide a valid mailing address and local telephone number for the recipient. Unfortunately, we can not be held responsible for items which do not reach the recipient due to incorrect details. 

We will email you with a tracking number once your parcel has been dispatched. Once the tracking information has been sent it is the customers responsibility to track the parcel.

If the parcel does not arrive within 7-10 working days please email contact@babycottons.uk and we will try to trace the parcel for you. 

Please note that if the parcel does not arrive within 7-10 days and we are not notified it could result in the parcel being returned. The original postage cost can not be refunded and the same postage costs will apply to re-deliver the items so it is advised to keep a close eye.
